The general manager, Bruce, has been absolutely wonderful to work with. Not only is he very knowledgeable and honest about the products and installation, he is very patient and kind. It has been a pleasure working with him. We chose pre-finished engineered hardwood in butterscotch oak and it is very beautiful and gives a timeless look. Highly recommend this product and working with Bruce and his staff.

Terrible experience at this flooring store — the manager, Bruce, was incredibly rude and unhelpful. We drove out specifically to look at flooring options, but Bruce couldn't even be bothered to show us anything or assist in the slightest. He acted disinterested and dismissive from the moment we walked in, making the whole interaction unpleasant and a complete waste of time. In contrast, we decided to make the drive to the Monroeville location instead, and the customer service there was outstanding — friendly, attentive staff who actually took the time to help and answer questions. Night and day difference! Highly recommend the Monroeville store for anyone in the area — great experience overall.

He was always willing to assist with anything I needed to make my purchase, pick up and installation as seamless as possible. He was kind enough to assist my husband with securing our flooring to the truck bed for our commute home. An asset to your Greensburg location! I will be buying additional flooring here in the future.
