Huge shoutout to the team at ML Taylor Construction! Dealing with a tree falling on my home was devastating, but Robby Taylor and Rick West made the restoration process seamless. Robby took the time to meet with my insurance adjuster personally, and Rick was on-site every single day overseeing the roof and deck repairs. Everyone on the crew has been professional and caring. They even brought wood around the house when I could not get to my pile because of the construction. I am so grateful for their expertise and support during a very tough time!

Original estimate 33,550. Comes back with final cost 44,850 and didn’t even finish the job. Concrete holes left and support beams not wrapped as agreed upon. I mean who does this to people? They are not additional request. Common sense tells us the concrete is returned to the original condition not to mention the fact that I was told it would be completely level with existing patio when completed. Also discussed the wrapping of the beams and was told no problem we will do that. Just a shame that you can’t rely on the spoken word anymore and every thing has to be in writing.

These guys do phenomenal work. I am very pleased with the outcome of this project and would recommended Taylor Construction to anyone. A+ quality work.

We waited for weeks to get a quote and then received a call today and the quote was finally sent. The secretary even set up another time to come take a look for a new estimate so I said sure. Got a call later from Robby the owner stating they are no longer interested in doing the job because he felt like I said something wrong to whom ever I spoke to on the phone he stated was the secretary. I never said anything out of line, I told him what I said then he said maybe it was taken the wrong way but still isn't interested just a little bit after receiving the estimate. I thought everything was fine. Apparently not. We will never use ML Tayler construction since their employees wanna make accusations that isn't true. You dealt with my fiance today G Neal. I own the house and he deals with what needs to be done. We waited for over a month for estimates and Gary received a call today from your secretary which they had a pleasant conversation as you said. Per the owner Robby Taylor making accusations that was not true and you found that out later. We will no longer have communications with this company again.
