Matrix Mitigation did a great job drying out my house and handling all the necessary demo work. The crew was easy to work with, stayed in touch, and kept me updated the whole time. Everything went smoothly, and I’m happy with how everything turned out.

Matrix came in and did a completely thorough job exactly as they had promised during their walk-through and estimate. They were quick and professional and I would highly recommend them over Servpro Any time. I have used Servpro in the past and these guys were much better.

Matrix responded quickly to my phone call and diagnosed the water and mold issues right away. The removal of the wallboard, insulation, and trim was completed the next day. One suggestion is to provide the master contract the day before the work is to start for those of us who actually read those documents.

Matrix once again went above and beyond for us. We had an emergency water situation with our washing machine that dumped gallons of water on our 2nd floor hardwood floors, causing water to gush into our lower level. The appliance repair folks were of no help, and we called Matrix on a Friday afternoon. They were able to send someone out the very next morning to start the drying process, and swiftly diagnosed the wetness and started to cure the issue. They arrived as scheduled, were professional and informative in their assessment, and had the situation under control, before our insurance company even opened up our claim. Matrix Mitigation Services performed exceptionally with our basement flood. They arrived and were ready to jump into action once the leak was repaired. Checked every day to ensure the impacted area flooded was fully dry. The billing team was exceptional to work with on payment from our insurance company!!
