McCrorie Carpet One

We had some unconventional flooring installed in our commercial gym (turf and rubber) and Nick and Dominic did an excellent job! They were professional, worked quickly, and did high quality work. They were super friendly and fun to work with. They also had solutions for a few small hiccups we ran into. Stew was very helpful with scheduling and organizing the project. We're very happy with how it turned out!

WE WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS. Flooring choice was excellent. The install crew, Nick and Dominic were outstanding. Evan was the salesperson that did the initial contact and measuring. At first he promised ongoing contact and follow up as needed. THIS DID NOT HAPPEN. Evan placed the order for the flooring which was 1/4" grade/thickness, the flooring it was to replace (entire home) was 1/2" grade/thickness. Evan did not pick this up even though he had seen the thickness when looking at floor mounted electrical receptacles. Major alterations to the door jams, baseboards and stairs had to made to accommodate this error. Evan was no where to be found when trying to resolve these issues. We recently replaced all the carpet and laminate in our home with new laminate. Bill was a great help in explaining the differences in the various products as well as taking care of the sales paperwork and scheduling the install. The installation folks were courteous and gave us accurate information on how to prepare and receive the material prior to install. The installer was careful with our furniture and did a great job. We wouldn't hesitate to use McCrorie's services again.

Customer service was exceptional, from initial visit when Jason Thompson provided us with extensive information about product options, through sales, schedules for ordering, delivery and installation. Great communication and follow-though---highly recommend!

Great flooring selections; competitive prices; sales people and staff very helpful; the installers were very accommodating of our special needs and did a really great job. They showed up on time and cleaned up as the went, so I could safely access those areas of the house. McCrories put in our floors and carpets 18 years ago. They're still the best on the Peninsula!
