I have purchased numerous stove parts as well as fuel from MVHH over the last 5 years. The Owners have always been courteous, willing to spend time "digging for parts" and explaining details of pellet stove installation/operation to me, a novice at the time and despite my having purchased the stove elsewhere (used). This remains my go to place for solid fuel heating.

If anyone is looking for pellet stoves, coal stoves, or anything to do with heating, do not go here. The owner, Darren, is disrespectful and unprofessional. We had him put in two coal stoves and he put them both incorrectly. They put a hole in the wall and covered in up horribly. They did not place the stone in the correct place, so it did not meet protocol. It is supposed to be 16 inches away from the door, but he only did 2 inches. He put in two different types of of stoves and one of them does not work at all. When we told him that we would like it fixed, he would not show up. He texted me and stated "I don't care."

Went well,2 appointments kept,showed up on time,cleaned up after they were done on a new wood stove installed

Don't expect to find the store opened on time or staffed by a competent employee. Very dishonest business. Run! Don't look back. I learned the hard way.

Terrible customer service lady behind the counter is so incompetent and struggled to even put an install date together and the owner Darren could’ve cared less,I usually don’t complain and make reviews but I took the day off for an install that never even happened,If I could give zero stars I would
