I have used Moore plumbing on several occasions over the past year and each time the customer service, response time and work have all been exceptional. Randy is communicative, professional, thorough and dependable. He always remembers the issues related to my specific situation and makes it easy to work with him remotely as a part time area resident. The office staff is great as well!! I would highly recommend this company.

I called this company early in the morning because a pipe had burst and my house was flooding. I clearly stated it was an emergency, but the woman who answered the phone was extremely rude and dismissive. Instead of showing any empathy or urgency, she told me she could “maybe” book someone out four days from now. When someone is dealing with an emergency, the last thing you want is indifference and attitude from the person you’re calling for help. This company made it clear they could not care less about my situation, and I would never recommend them for anyone needing urgent plumbing assistance.

Called and explained the work I needed done on our small remodel and they eagerly scheduled an appointment for an estimate. I took that day off work to be able to meet them at the property. On the day of the scheduled estimate I called to confirm what time I should expect them. Woman on the phone told me they decided they weren't taking that job because "another plumber had previously worked on the house" and they "don't work after other plumbers". Again, it's a remodel. Of course other plumbers have worked in the house before. It would have been one thing had they told me from the jump that they don't take remodels. Waiting until the day of the appointment to decide they only do new construction wasted a week of progress on the project and a day of work for me. It also makes no sense a

Best experience in Franklin so far. Mr. Moore called me back within a few hours, they were able to fit us in within a week and they were super professional. His son Randy came out to our house and was nothing short awesome. Also very reasonably priced and will definitely recommend them to anyone in the surrounding areas and will definitely plan to use them again for any future plumbing needs. We highly, highly recommend!

Randy showed up and beat every quote we had, by a lot. Very friendly and professional, he did great work. We will be using them for all of our future plumbing needs!
