Mr Bill's Pools & Spas

For anyone that has a pool and is looking for a company to fix it/replace/close it do NOT use Mr Bills Pools and Spas!!!! We called them in April/May for a quote for a new liner have us a quote which it was average! They came and measured for the liner over a month later called us to set up to install it! Middle of July they start to remove our liner left it for couple days water builds up off course 😒 they were here inconsistently never more than a couple hours never consistent days in a row show up out of now where gave me an attitude work I was asked about water because they were pushing me to buy their water for another $900+ …which was NEVER in the estimate!!!! This went on for about 2 weeks! Not to mention the way they left around my pool and how we were talked to and treated!!! 😡😡😡

After shopping at two other spa stores in the area that showed no interest in dealing with me unless I was willing to pay around $10,000 dollars, I went to Mr. Bill’s. He sold me a high-quality tub for a very reasonable price. He also delivered the tub to a location in Pennsylvania for free. Now, what this review is really about is why you should buy your tub from Mr. Bill. When you buy a product like a new Hot Tub you want to buy it from someone who will back and support your product. When my tub was hooked up and filled, it had major fault issues. This is no one’s fault. This type of thing can happen with any new item. When you have something like this happen to you, you will want Mr. Bill to be the one you bought it from. I called him the Saturday morning before Easter, and he had his

Terrible customer service. Ended up fixing g poolmyself. They took 2000 off my card. Wanted 1200 more for liner only. I bought one for 800. Mr. Bills wanted 3200 for this liner. Bought it elsewhere for 800. He kept my 2000. Was supposed to take half of 3600. He's about as good at math as he is at customer service. What part of this is false?

I had a new liner installed in my inground pool this summer. The staff at Mr. Bills were very professional and friendly from the moment I contacted them for an estimate, to signing the contract and having the job completed on time. Bill himself and two other workers came out to install the liner. And it is fantastic! It fits like a glove and is absolutely beautiful. I couldn’t be happier! I was very pleased with the overall cost for everything. I chose the gulf coast/ tan seastone liner pattern for a more unique look. It’s just so cool looking. Reminds me of a Laguna the way the color fades from shimmering gold to Aqua as the water gets deeper.

I am having a wonderful experience with my new hot tub from Mr Bills! From selection process on getting the exact model for my needs, to installation then on to training on maintenance. I couldn’t have ask for a better friendly and professional customer service experience. From the owner Bill Taylor, the installations team and the business office staff (Marion) everyone works as a team to make the experience successful with NO stress -they make it happen for you and I can feel confident they are here for the long run to support me for years to come while I enjoy my new hot tub.
