Had multiple estimates for a siding repair and a roof leak issue due to poorly installed tankless water heater. Cole gave a reasonable estimate after sending him photos of what needed done. He was not the cheapest nor was he the most expensive but he articulated his thoughts on what we could do in a manner I felt comfortable hiring him because I knew what to expect. I’m also very aware estimates can change if work turns out to be more challenging than originally anticipated, especially when you are talking plumbing, roof leaks, fixing others shoddy workmanship, etc. Cole was on target with what needed to be done, provided initial reasonable estimate and luckily no additional issues identified resulting in increased costs.
