Mr Pool of Pasco

I purchased my third pool from Mr. Pool (1996, 2011 & 2025). Product is top notch and sales people were very knowledgeable. They gave me a list of three subcontractors to choose from for installation. BEWARE: I chose David King and after a month, I am still waiting for a $200 refund for work that he did not perform. Check is in the mail ??? Communication with David is next to impossible because he does not return phone calls or text messages. I definitely DO NOT recommend David King.

I recently purchased a pool from Mr Pool. I worked with Roy the owner. He gave me a good deal. He also gave me three pool installers to decide who I'd like to work with. I choose Larry. Larry and his partner worked our in the extreme heat an humidity. I prayed they didn't have a heat stroke. They were here by 8am and were here until 4pm. They did a wonderful job. However the new connections weren't compatible with my old hoses. I had to buy new hoses.

We have been going to Mr Pool over 30 years. Purchased 3 pools from Casey in sales and he is always friendly, suggestive and meets our expectations every time . The front store section always has what we need from pool parts, floats , chlorine ect. All the staff is friendly and helpful. Recommend them before any other pool store

Mr pool place is a joke I called and texted pictures like the guy said. Well no one got back with me. I don't understand they can come here installed the pool and take your money. But they can't come here to help you. I didn't buy the pool just to sit. I have a special needs daughter that would love to go swimming. But she can't because the hurricane took the motor out. It doesn't work. What a shame. This isn't fair money don't go on trees. How sad. Pools aren't cheap why can't no one call. It's not hard to pick up a phone to call people. I would not give you a 5 star. Is this how you treat your customers. Very sad you can't call or anything. SHAME ON Mr Pool. 😞 Thanks Clara Don't ever buy a pool from Mr pool. They don't come out to help you at all. I can't find anyone in my area. That
