New York Kitchen & Bath

I would not recommend. When we were given our first design layout we asked for changes. Removing a pantry and adding another drawer base cabinet to replace a standard base cabinet. The pantry was removed but base cabinet was not corrected. The salesperson did not go over a lot of the details of the cabinets. We were told to look around and pick a color and style. I was unaware of some extra features available that I would have upgraded to. Another issue was they measured incorrectly and we now have a cabinets that do not look symmetrical next to each other.

My husband and I worked with Ray at New York Kitchen & Bath after previously having a very bad design consultation at a big box store. He worked closely with us asking many questions about what we wanted and we never felt pushed in any specific direction or like he was trying to upsell us. He gave great opinions and advice, but ultimately all of the decision making was left to us with no pressure. We ordered a custom made island and new flooring through NYKB and were very happy with all of the decisions we made. Everything arrived promptly and was installed timely. We transformed our kitchen without blowing our budget. We love our new kitchen!

Larry assisted me with the design of my kitchen. He came out to my home to make measurements and recommendations. He misguided me on the cabinets that were to be ordered. Namely the pull outs that I requested. He assured me that the cabinets would have them. When delivered they were not pullouts. In addition. He assured me that I was able to change the design if needed. I told him that I wanted to exchange a cabinet from one side to another and assured me that was possible. In the end he originally bordered an expensive end wall. But failed to cancel it costing me a piece that he said was unable to be returned. He didn’t listen to me. Now I have an expensive piece of cabinetry that is unusable. In addition he only provided me with a pencil sketch for my contractor to use. I needed to

We have used New York kitchen and bath twice now(once for our kitchen and recently for our bathroom). We just wanted to say what a pleasure it has been to work with them. We specifically have worked with Gabby both times and are extremely satisfied with our purchase and customer service experience. Gabby’s expertise has guided us on what will look best in our home and it always ends up looking great! All staff is always so friendly and we look forward to using New York kitchen and bath for future home projects!

We highly recommend NY Kitchen and Bath! They are professional, were able to work well with our contractor and within our timeframe. We worked with Ray who helped us choose a kitchen countertop, as well as a new bathroom vanity and shower tile. We Are Very pleased with the quality of their products and their customer service!!
