This place is a complete joke. Save your time and money even contacting them. All they do is come out the gut claiming he knew things about pellet stoves which he did not the pellet stove has an obvious mechanical issue where a part needed replacement and they were trying to sell me on a cleaning of $500 which is three times the cost I have ever paid as he said he had no clue what the issue was and yet I still had to pay the inspection fee where a 12 year old could have come in and said thst

Great experience dealing with these guys. We needed our exhaust pipe and chimney vent replaced (due to excessive rusting and leaks) and new capping sized to fit. It became almost impossible to find someone who could do the work since the size was not standard and would require custom sizes. Newtown Chimney came out the next day to measure everything and was replaced within 2 weeks (in the 10 degree temperature nonetheless) with great work and attention to detail. Would highly recommend to anyone needing chimney work in the Bucks County area.

We had the pleasure to work with Newtown Chimney over the past 4 years and have found the experience absolutely terrific. We trust in their expertise and attention to detail. We had inspections, a new furnace liner, a chimney liner tear out/replacement and new exterior chimney stucco work and damper all which were done very professionally and extremely cleanly. We anticipated a lot of mess with the chimney liner replacement but were pleasantly surprised by how clean and dust free the whole process was. Jerry was terrific and setting expectations and walking us through the entire process. Really gave us a sense of confidence that things were being closely supervised. The owner Ben was on site several times during the process as well and really strove to ensure we were happy with the results

If you have a chimney, I definitely recommend these guys. If you ever need any work done to your chimney have these guys come to your house? Check all up in there and make sure everything is what it seems. The two gentlemen that arrived at my house were very courteous, kind, and gave plenty of information That was valuable to me understanding what was in my chimney. Highly HIGHLY recommend!

Just had Ben in my house to do a chimney inspection. Was much more thorough than the previous company I had used (left them because I didn’t have a good feeling about their work). Ben has been working in the industry for a long time and really knew what he was talking about - very smart, reasonable guy who gets it. I appreciate the quality service and would recommend them to anyone! Definitely will use them again in the future!
