Please listen to the poor reviews. We didn't, big mistake. Our fence looks terrible. Not level or plumb or square. The gates don't work properly because they are not level or plumb or square. They tried to fix it 3 times and each time we were told there was nothing else they could do. Do not be fooled by the good reviews like we were. Rebuttal: Not true. Your crew was allowed on our property. I told them to hold off on a 4th attempt to give us a chance to decided what to do. Yes we did decide on small claims and she did rule in your favor, but did not say there was nothing wrong with the fence. 1 we could have cancelled within 3 days. How would we have known how poor the install was going to be. 3 What you installed was worth more than what we paid. Since we didn't get estimates to fix,

Northwest Indiana Fence did such a great job installing our vinyl fence. I contacted them in the fall and it took them about 3 weeks to install my fence from when I contacted them, which worked fine for me. They even made it look seamless between mine and my neighbors fence. With agreement from my neighbor as well, they shifted their fence up and tied into my new fence. We now have a seamless look between our fences. I did gates on each side as well, and everything looks so nice.

We are more than happy with our new fence from NWI fence co. They sent out a two man crew for tear down and set up, Layton and Cody (not sure spelling). They introduced themselves we discussed the plans and any concerns and they got right to work. They discovered issues we hadn’t thought about and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. They even explained the maintenance and tricks and tips to keep it looking good, ended with the simple statement of “call us if you have any issues.” We are very happy!

DO NOT use this company. We paid half up front and TWO months later we still do not even have a date scheduled for install. Obviously they don't have workers or this is quite possibly a scam. We don't know what to do. We can't get our money back because they had to "order the materials".

Had a very good experience recently. Started with Rob the salesperson and continued with Tim, Bronson & Cody. Courteous, and quality installation.
