I needed a need new mini-split installed in a small accessory building that I was constructing. I contacted Oconee Cool Max and left a message. Joe called me back and scheduled a day to come out and assess the project. That day came and he never showed up and neither did anyone ever call me to reschedule his visit. I ended up utilizing a different company to install my mini-split.
Joe and his guys are great. Very professional and reliable.
