My order of Garden mix was delivered today! Beautiful mixture! The delivery driver was professional and personable! I highly recommend Olympic Organics.

I purchased screened fill dirt from Olympic Organics. The product was good but the customer service is terrible. When I called to place an order, "not sure when they can deliver", "not sure if the screening operation is working". I called three times it set up the location of the dirt drop. I received a call "they are on the way". They did not drop the dirt in the correct spot. What tipped me over the edge was they dumped the dirt and left, JUST LEFT. They brought a receipt to the door but no knock. When I called the office to complain I was told NO ONE WAS HOME. Excuse upon excuse. The office response was curt and unprofessional. They told me the driver/owner would call me back...no call. Today the landscaper came, he said what they delivered did not look like the amount of dirt I

This is my go-to place for soil, bark and gravel. Their business is still growing and don't carry some of the products that others do so it's good to call ahead. Their service is great and they use a skid steer to load small trucks and trailers and use the huge loader just for dump trucks. They accept waste wood and yard waste for a modest charge. Their organic compost is the best quality in this area.

Okay so today we wanted to dump some yardwaste but there was a guy asking for some delivery fees and other options, the woman at front said I will be right with you I didn´t mind waiting, so we had less than half a yard and she asked ´you think it fits in 2 cans' and I said 'yeah I think so´ she said ´ummm okay just a couple of bucks, okay $10 dollars´ but why if it´s not even half a yard? she said ¨8 cans equals to 1 yard¨ I said ¨ exactly I only have 2 cans not even half a yard¨ she said ¨ $10 dollars is the minimun charge when it´s less than a yard¨ thennn why bother asking if it fits into 2 cans when you charger $10 dollars when you have less than a yard and $11 dollars per yard, well she said that´s what her boss told her to do, trust me it´s not about the fee or anything else all
