Sam did a great job making sure our basement got thoroughly dried and the soaked carpet replaced after our hot water tank broke. He is very nice and even helped moved the furniture and TV for us. Highly recommend.

Worked with Sam and paragon through my insurance company. I was assured that I would only need to pay my deductible multiple times. Sam tried to up sale me on new windows for an extra 5k but I turned it down because I was already broke from previous work done to my home which Sam knew about. By the end of the work on my house Sam tried charging me an extra 4k on top of my deductible. Then switched it to 2k because I was upset and sent some harshly worded emails. I would not work with them ever again

Just don't, won't answer calls, no one at the office, jobs not getting done...just don't go here, your better off finding someone else that will do the job in a timely fashion
