Park & Ride LAX Airport

Absolutely unacceptable service. We waited over an hour and a half for the shuttle pickup at LAX after being clearly told when we booked that shuttles run every 25 minutes. Only after standing there forever were we told they are a “small company” with only two shuttles. That is not the customer’s problem and does not excuse misleading information. To make things worse, after wasting all that time, we were forced to take an Uber just to reach the parking lot, paying an extra $50 out of pocket because your shuttle never showed up. This is false advertising, poor management, and complete disrespect for customers’ time and money. After a long flight, this is the last thing anyone should deal with. Avoid this company.
