Abysmal customer service. Tried getting gas thru them for 12 days, and never received 1 call back. Every time I called I was transferred to a voicemail service. Finally was told I had an appointment (that was never communicated to me) for Friday at 8am. The next time I called to confirm it was changed to "sometime in the morning". The morning of the appointment I called to try to get an idea of a time and was told that the service tech was going to the office to get my paperwork, and that he would call me. When he did not call me, I called back to check on the status 3 different times and was placed on hold for an extended period and had to hang up and call back again. This time I finally got a firm answer. It was not going to happen today because of the weather. Not sure how it goes from

This place has zero customer service, don't offer to help and are rude , called probably 7+ times (called multiple locations to try to get things resolved) and even driven to the place (manager is never "available" and won't call you back) They charge by the customer not by the gallon it seems like. I don't know how they even have a 2.8... would not recommend

They delivered gas to our house while our new born son was in Norfolk General hospital and my wife was in obici hospital in Suffolk after a c section. I called and asked, the first thing they said was "yes tomorrow morning"so who ever was watching my other two boys would not have to worry about the wood stove and could just take care of our boys. Thank you all again for helping my family at this time. Service is second to none.

I made numerous calls and visits to the office over a 4 month period to start service which resulted in NOTHING. I even called the Suffolk office by accident, they couldn't find me in the system. Since I can't imagine what I ever did to P$$$ them off, I can only surmise that they have the worst customer service.

We have been customers with Parker Oil for the last 3 years and have never been disappointed. They go above and beyond and are easy to work with. This morning, I ran out of propane and they were out that same day! Highly recommend this company!
