Patchen Pump & Well Drilling Inc

I've been counting on Patchen for fan motors, well equipment and excellent support in Heating and Air for years. They have never failed to give me the repairs or new motors required at a good price. I trust them.

Out here in South Lawrence we rely on deep water well pumps and in-house delivery systems. Our 25 +/- years old system has been up and down on water pressure inside our home for some time. Called Patchen and although it took a couple of calls to Tom, Richard came out and diagnosed the problem immediately. We thought it the well pump. Nope! Was a bad pump relay. He had it replaced, re-charged the accumulator, and tested in less than 45 minutes. I call them the "Dynamic Duo"! Do not go anywhere else for your well service needs. You may have to wait a while as there is just the two of them to service calls like mine. I wish Richard and Tom could be cloned. They know their well systems. THANK YOU BOTH! Our water supply pressure has been completely restored!

Took a motor in for a repair ESTIMATE. Was told it would be next week before they got to it which was ok. Got a call the next day saying that the motor was fixed and would cost x amount to pick it up. THEY NEVER CALLED ME WITH AN ESTIMATE SO THE REPAIR COULD BE AUTHORIZED. THEY FIXED ON THEIR OWN. crappy business practice as I could have bought a new one for the price they charged. And they still making me pay full price for repair even tho it was NOT AUTHORIZED!!! not doing business with again not will I be sending anyone I know here.

My Dad took me with him to get parts there the first time around 50 years ago. My son's accompanied me proudly the first time probably 25 years ago. My children are busy raising their own families nowadays. Recently my oldest son had 2 condensers from a piece of equipment. At least one of the 2 bad. My wife going to Lawrence anyway that day. Busy my son asks his mom to take the condensers to Patchens. She was a little nervous knowing nothing about electric parts. When my wife got home she said it was great no problem. Everyone was friendly and helpful. She gave them the 2 parts and in almost no time they said this one is bad the other fine. They had the part in stock. Testing the parts free plus the new part less than $20 dollars. My family knows Patchens is the place to start. I hope Patc
