Not only are they punctual (a rarity in service industries these days), but their prices are also very fair and competitive. Had an issue with my AOSmith water heater. Patriot was the goto company for AO Smith warranty service. They came out and assessed the problem. Riged up something so I would still have hot water while parts were ordered. Parts came right to my house. I informed Patriot that the parts had arrived. They came out.the very next day and completed the repairs. A+ service I would recommend them highly
