EDIT: Seemed like a 5 star service... but the gutter guards installed have all but fallen off at this point... were installed with gaps and birds got in... not properly installed (screws not used), i was told this would be fine but now i just have a mess on my hands. EDIT: Responding to the response from the owner, at no point did they not recommend the screens. In fact, they linked me to the exact screens they recommend on Amazon which I ordered then they proceeded to tell me i ordered the wrong ones after they failed to install them properly (couldn't say something beforehand???). This could've been an innocent mistake and a resolution could've been offered but at this point i can assert this individual cannot be trusted. I can’t say enough good things about my experience with PayLess Gutter Cleaning! Since moving to Litchfield County it’s been hard to find reliable, knowledgeable, reasonably priced professionals and PayLess gets 5 stars from me in all departments. They were able to come out the same day to give an estimate and after seeing how bad my situation was Wes decided to do the work right there on the spot. He really took care of my home as if it was his own and explained clearly the repairs that needed to be done. I also appreciate that PayLess offers roof washing services too so I was able to get everything I needed right from them to take care of all my outdoor seasonal home maintenance at once. I’ll be having them back again in the Fall!

Do yourself a favor and give Wes a call. He is a local business man. He's very professional, knowledgeable, tidy and polite. He was willing to do my very small job of repairing a leaking gutter, which a lot of companies would not be interested in because it was such a small job. He ended up cleaning my gutters and doing the gutter repair for a very fair price. He communicated when he would arrive, and did the job the very next day after giving me the quote. I was very comfortable having him do work on my property, and would recommend him highly.

Called Wes 2months prior to schedule gutter cleaning. We agreed on a price and picked a week in November. At the beginning of that week I texted him to confirm a day. He texted “ today”. I asked morning or afternoon so I would be around to pay him. He said “noontime”. I waited all afternoon and no show. I texted and tried to call him that evening to find out what happened. He never responded! Days later, still no response. What a way to run a business!!
