Peninsula Heat

After 18 years of faithful service, my Lennox heat pump (ducted) system finally failed at my house in Sequim, WA (in early January 2026). I called Peninsula Heat to have the Lennox replaced because the parts required to fix it were no longer available. Peninsula Heat provided me with 3 options for a new heat pump system (new indoor air handler and outdoor heat pump). I chose one of the 3 and quickly got on their installation schedule. The installation started on the scheduled date and was completed the next day. The installers from Peninsula Heat worked very quickly and efficiently which was quite impressive because a lot of new plumbing and wiring was required for the new system. We had a compressor fail earlier this winter and started the repair with "the other guys" in Sequim. Once we received the quote decided to shop around and Peninsula Heat came out. Peninsula Heat completed the work for less than half the cost quoted by "the other guys" and did it with better communication and coordination. Peninsula will have our maintenance and repair from this point forward. Thanks to Steve and the whole crew!

What an easy, efficient process I had getting a new mini-split/heat pump with Peninsula Heat. Ian knew his products and installation details, their price was considerably better than the closest competitor, and they walked me through all paperwork. Everyone I dealt with, from folks in the office to the installers, were kind and helpful, and I'd use them again in a minute. And I love the heat pump!

I am most impressed with the entire team at Peninsula Heat. Installers Tyler and Joseph did a great job installing Bosch mini-split ductless heat pump in my home. There communication was clear and thorough, were consciousness in and around my home's interior, and worked very efficient. The team was very responsive to my inquiries from initial request for proposal through invoicing and obtaining utility rebate. This is is my 2nd project with Peninsula Heat in the last 5 years; I highly recommend them for cost-effective, well-manage heating and cooling services.
