Peoples Choice Appliance Repair

I originally called to have my trash compactor unjammed. However, in the meantime I was told how environmentally damaging the composters are. When Corbett arrived I asked him to remove rather than repair. He was extremely kind and polite and tackled the problem which was not easy. He went above and beyond and left the area spotless. People’s choice is my new appliance repair company.

We have used Peoples Choice for appliance repair in the past, and when our new dryer went on the fritz just out of warranty we gave them a call. The receptionist was very courteous and placed us in the queue for a service call. She explained the billing process which was very reasonable. When our appointment day arrived I received a call rom Corbett stating that he had a cancellation and could arrive sooner if OK. He arrived at the earlier time and went straight to work. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He chased down an electrical glitch that required taking apart most of the machine, and the repair was flawless. My freezer was leaking water and it was creating lots of ice build up. I called around a few places and most wanted $150-200 just to come out. I called People's Choice and they were only $99. They came out within two days. Corbett came out and he was very nice and professional. He even took the time to show me some tips on how to avoid the tube getting clogged and how to better maintain my fridge. People's Choice is def worth calling and will be the only ones I use from here on out.

This company is marvelous. On our appointment day, the repair person called and arrived early! He diagnosed the problem with our oven, already had the part with him, and the oven was functional in about 45 minutes. The repair person was very competent and easy to talk to. This is the best appliance repair service call I have ever experienced. I highly recommend People's Choice.

I had a very problematic Maytag washer (100% do not recommend Maytag) anyways People's Choice was super helpful and made the entire process easier. After multiple repairs the washer kept breaking and they helped facilitate my "lemon" of a washer getting replaced. I appreciated them and their good service!
