I highly recommend Permascapes for your next landscaping project. Kyle was responsive, professional and completed the project in a timely manner, working around some rainy weather we had to deal with. The brick walkways, retaining walls, steps, and slate patio came out better than we could ever imagine. They retained the best plants and graded/reseeded all included lawn areas, creating a lovely space for future outdoor relaxation and family get-togethers. The work was done to a totally un-kept front yard and non-non-existent walkway area in a home we are rehabbing and preparing to sell, so I am adding the before and after photos to show the stunning transformation.

Update: Kyle came out to address the discrepancies mentioned below. He apologized for the disconnect and went right to work. He secured the caps on the top of the retaining wall, placed limestones on the dirt wall right above the walkway and fixed the sunken paver in front of the hot tub. The rest of the beautiful work done (2 patios, walkway and retaining walls) are still in great shape. Thank you Kyle for your expeditious service, it was very much appreciated. Kyle and his workers were hired in the spring of 2020 to build a short wall around both flower beds in the front of our house. We were initially happy with the work so we hired them again for an even bigger job in building a walkway from the front of house to the backyard deck. We hired Kyle and his team to install a natural stone display in the front of our office so that our customers can see these products first hand. We are so pleased with the finished product! Kyle and his team did a wonderful job planning the area and were very professional, they made sure they kept the area tidy since we were open for business during this project. They were all very professional and efficient, we highly recommend them for any outdoor projects.

I've had to sue Permascapes, and they didn't show up for court just like they didn't show up to repair the mess they made of the project at my property. Avoid this company at all costs - Kyle is not the model of business integrity he portrays, and his work is of questionable quality.

Kyle didn't complete our project and then stopped answering our calls. Funny someone mentioned suing him. We definitely thought about it after he stopped showing up and answering our phone calls. Figured it wouldn't be worth it for the few thousand dollars we might get. Now that things are falling apart, we're reconsidering. If you use them, I would suggest striking the arbitration clause from the contract so you don't have to worry about it if you do take them to court.
