As a landscape contractor Dave has helped us in more ways than one. He’s extremely knowledgeable and one of the few mechanics around that when I leave the shop with my equipment I know it’s running right.

Bought a Wright Stander-B 52" model June 23, 2021. Got home and went to cut my own lawn and deck would trip the motor off. Tried troubleshooting it myself and had to call dealer. Manufacturer sends it with an "EFI" fuse that must be removed for base models. Wasted 3 hours. Fast forward to July, machine has 12 hours, battery is dead and wont take a charge. Dealer hooked it up backwards. Fast forward to September, machine has 16 hours, battery is dead again. I presume the charging system is ruined. Will update as I get it figured out. Total Headache.

Have been a loyal customer for years, bought multiple commercial mowers and supplies plus service work. Needed a pulley today and when they didn’t have it I asked for the part number and was told he wouldn’t give it to me since they pay for the service. I could understand if I didn’t just give my name to look up my serial number and I was a random person but I’m a repeat customer and the part number was already pulled up. Needless to say they have apparently went downhill and I’d take my business elsewhere.

Very poor customer service! Unqualified mechanics. They will keep your equipment for an unexceptable amount of time then will give it back to you with new problems! Shop elsewhere if at all possible! The guy that works the counter never can seem to figure out his computer and won't even acknowledge you to say give me a minute.
