Jeremy is fantastic. I needed a timely clean up for a septic back up in my basement. He came over for an estimate and was able to start right away. He did the junk removal and sanitizing along with some water damage repair . We also used him for a vent cleaning and carpet cleaning the next week. He always answered my texts and calls and was very professional. Great price to boot! Will definitely use again and recommend to anyone.

Jeremy is completely reliable and trustworthy. He comes and i leave for work and he locks up. He is professional and i love the presoak and scent as i have animals. My carpets look new when he is done. I recommend him to friends constantly. He has the best equipment for carpet cleaning and clean upholstery. I have been using him for 8 years. I couldnt be more safisfied.

We would highly recommend Platinum Restoration Service. He uses state of the art equipment and is very clean and fussy. We are very pleased with the results and want to get on a regular schedule. Our carpets look great! We had Jeremy again this year and loved his excellent work! He did our carpet and upholstery and our carpets , upholstery and duct work for our church. We are so very pleased with his work and highly recommend him! He also did our two condos- he is a hard worker and takes the time to do things right and all at a reasonable price. He gave us coupons and e ven offered additional work at no charge.

We had Platinum Restoration come out to steam clean our carpet, upholstery, tile and extracted our air ducts. They were on time, professional, and did a wonderful job! We also referred them to a friend who unfortunately had some flood damage and they dried out their basement and prevented mold growth so they didn’t have an extensive amount of work! Highly recommended and will definitely be using them again!
