Norma Powell, thanks for taking my call this morning, it's too bad you didn't care enough to investigate the whereabouts of a client's paid product. Maybe this will light a flame. Where is order # 24243? For the literal thousandth time. This company is fraudulent by every standard. We ordered cabinet doors in October. Told us 3 week turnaround time. Fast forward to last week, after beating around the bush and not being responsive, they proceed to tell us the paint machine malfunctioned and they promised us repainted cabinets by next week. Well here we are, next week, called them, straight to voicemail, called them again on a restricted line, bingo, they pick up... So clever! Proceeded to place me on hold for 18 minutes before the call disconnected. It's really pitiful how they scammed a

I have never met a more amazing person than Norma Powell. She came to view my kitchen which was in terrible need of upgrading. I was instantly put at ease by her intuitive grasp of what needed to be changed for the better. She came up with suggestions that I loved. And these were things I hadn’t thought about such as sink fixtures and additional storage for my collection of Fiesta ware. I can’t recommend Powell Woodworking enough…Norma is so patient, detail-oriented and multi-talented…I first reached out to her for a project for mother-in-law in which we put on hold, but she designed and Ryan installed the most beautiful closet system in my primary suite, which she was able to accommodate my budget. They also designed and installed a kitchenette in a guest suite we are building and we are currently working on a Mudroom design. My husband and I can take long to make decisions and are very particular and Norma has been so accommodating and her work is impeccable.
