I called on Friday, June 20 to request an emergency plumbing service. I was told they would send a plumber the following week, but weren't able to give me a date. I called on Wednesday, June 25 to ask when a plumber was going to come to my property and they said at that time they had no availability at all. I've been without water this whole time and instead of providing a courtesy call to tell me they had no availability, they left me hanging for five days. I understand the company is busy, but a quick two-minute phone call could have been made to tell me that I should try to find another company. That's a common courtesy I would expect from any reputable service company. Look at the other review dates... They're all several years old.

Had 2 plumbing jobs done today. Guy that did work was great. Very polite, knowledgeable, checked his work after he completed it to make sure everything was working correctly. I will definitely use again. They have done several jobs over the years. Great bunch of people.
