One of my Maintenance staff called like 5 places trying to get our fire doors inspected. The women who answered the phone told me that someone would be out to our property the next day. no one showed up and no one called. Then 3 days later Ben called and apologized, something about the office not having his schedule properly or something like that. The woman on the phone told us that i would cost $500 to have our 12 fire doors inspected, however when Ben sent us the paperwork we needed for the fire department the invoice outlined that we owed an additional $300. This took about 2 phone calls and talking to 4 diffrent managers to come up with a solution to this discrepancy.

They expertly connected all of my electrical appliances and repaired some of my switches. They were careful and considerate of the floors and walls throughout the process. I thought the price was reasonable. They come highly recommended from me.

Showed up a day late, did not fix the problem, no customer service, overcharged, very expensive. I had to hire another electrician to finish the simple job of wall switches. No partial refund for incomplete job.
