Pro Outdoor - formerly Professional Irrigation Systems - Chesterfield

I want to start by saying their installation work was actually very good. The system itself was installed cleanly and professionally. Unfortunately, the problems started with the service afterward. The first year they came out to turn the system back on, I got home and noticed water dripping from the backflow. They sent a technician out who said he cleaned it and that everything was good to go. I got home later that same day and it was still dripping. At that point they told me they would send out their “seasoned” technician. He pulled it apart and claimed a component inside had warped and was no longer sealing properly, and that I would need to pay to have it replaced. Their explanation was that the system had frozen because one day in October briefly dropped to 32°F, which supposedly

Wayne K was awesome! We just moved in this house this past Dec and couldn’t get our sprinkler system on. Wayne came out first thing in the morning and he quickly figured out why and explained everything and went through all our zones and adjusted each head if needed. He was very knowledgeable and helpful & taught me how to use our control board. We will be getting a patio put in soon so we will be having them come back out then to turn off some pipes. I Highly recommend Pro Outdoor!

I had a few issues with my irrigation system that needed attention, and Irrigation Pro sent out Mark W. I can’t say enough good things about him—he truly went above and beyond. Mark was incredibly communicative, walking me through every step of the process and making sure I understood what was happening along the way. He was thorough, left no stone unturned, and clearly took pride in troubleshooting and solving the problems. Everything was resolved efficiently, and I genuinely appreciated his professionalism and dedication. Thanks, Mark!

Winterization and shutdown for the season. Trey did a great job. He seemed to be very through. He was very personable and communicated well with me. He made sure to show me that he indeed turned off the system on my Hydrawise WiFi. The only thing was that I wish that he would have come to the door to let me that that he was at my home when he arrived. He said that since it was early and the controller was outside he wasn’t sure if he would wake me. I heard him outside so I was able to go out there. Perhaps ProOutdoors should check with the customer prior to calls so as not to put their service reps on that situation.

Nathan did an excellent job winterizing our sprinkler system. He was polite, friendly, and professional throughout the visit. He took the time to explain what he was doing and made sure everything was done correctly. We really appreciated his great attitude and quality of service!
