We needed an electrician Monday 10-8-24. It was after 5:00. We had a breaker sparking. We called Pucek Electric and Nancy answered the phone. She was concerned, quick to act and was delightful, telling us she would send Edgar to make an assessment. He arrived, shook our hands, asked what happened and went to work. He was efficient, mannered and told us what went wrong and how he was going to fix it. What a great guy. A huge 10 out of 10. He gave us his number and told us to call him if we had any other issues.
