PULSE installed a Rinnai RX199 tankless water heater in our laundry room. The Rinnai is ridiculously efficient with a rating of .98 UEF. There were no issues with the Install. Rich and his team did a great job, especially fitting it into a tight space. Rich also helped us the paperwork for the PSE&G Bill Repayment program. This is an interest free loan that we will pay off on our monthly bill. We have used PULSE before and I will use them again. Their communication with us was great, There were no surprises and everything went smoothly on the day of the day of the install.

We had a leak in our tankless water heater but luckily the heating element was still under warranty. Pulse is an authorized dealer of the Rinnai brand so we called them, they sent Rich Reustle out to do an inspection. He ordered the replacement part and ensured we still had hot water until the part came in. Five days later, Rich was back with Travis to do the swap out. This work is labor intensive because of all the parts and wiring. They did a great job! No more leaks. Hot water thru-out the house! Then this morning I got a call from Rich checking on the repair and I assured him we were in good shape. Love that kind of due diligence and follow-up. Great company and good people. Thank you.
