I recently had the displeasure of dealing with these guys. My home warranty company sent them out to fix the valve stem on our shower. The guy came out, took a few pictures and collected my $75 cash deductible and said he’d call us later to schedule the actual work. He never called and didn’t answer our calls. I had to contact my home warranty company and complain, they called and told these guys to do their job. Im sure the only reason he came back was because he didn’t want to be exposed as a fraud with them and lose future business. He came back a week later and 4 hours after the appointment time. And now my shower head leaks 24/7. They should call themselves Poor Quality home services.

Just some of the issues. Told us one thing when they came out and filled out report, then gave report to higher up that said something else. This resulted in us having no heat for 2 weeks. After having another independent company come out, they found a whole different issue than quality homes did and ended up fixing it for us. For free. I only dealt with quality home because that's who my warranty company sent out. I'll definitely stay away after this experience. Oh, and they seem to pick and choose when to answer the phone. Even during obvious business hours. Hard to get anything done that way

My warranty company dispatched QHS on Tuesday June 5th for our broken central air, which has caused the house to average 88º. On Saturday the 9th at 8pm, they called and scheduled a visit to see my broken central air for the next day (Sunday) at noon. They came, said it was the compressor, explaining that's the only way my house remained at 88º each day. Quickly took my $100 deductible check and left. It has been over 3 weeks of 90º+ temps leaving sleepless nights and making it unsafe for my pets. I have called, left voicemail, emailed, no response. I contacted my home warranty today to find out they never even disclosed the diagnosis to them, but of course, bright and early the next day I saw my check was being cashed. UNACCEPTABLE. We've had mixed results with the companies assigned by our home warranty in the past. When our AC went out over the weekend while being days away from having a baby, Quality Home Services made life easier by being responsive and easy to work with despite being short staffed and swamped with calls in this crazy heat. Joe came out and was professional and quick to identify the problem. While not able to fix the problem on the spot due to the home warranty logistics...he was friendly and explained the process it would take to complete the full repair. They have a seamless paperless process as well. Will definitely keep their information and they will be our go-to company for any issues even if we don't re-up with our home warranty company!

This company was assigned to work on my furnace by my home warranty company. It took them 4 days to call me, unfortunately I missed their call. I attempted to reach them & left multiple messages. They never returned my calls. I eventually had to hire Bassett Services. They responded promptly, came out assessed the problem, ordered the parts & repaired my furnace. I'm not sure what is going on with this company, but they are not worth your time, find another service provider.
