I had my kitchen redone floor to ceiling and am absolutely in love with how it turned out! From a wall being taken down to open the floor plan, to the custom hood vent cabinet it’s everything I wanted.

Randy and his crew are phenomenal. He never has delays and his jobs are immaculate. His carpenter, Matt, is always on top of things and his work is beyond everyone else. DO NOT CONFUSE THEM WITH MAYER HOMES. They are not the same. Mayer Homes is now Prestige Homes. You can’t get any better than Randy. RJ Development is above and beyond other companies! WOW!! What a project they did for us. The bedroom addition that they completed was ON TIME, ON BUDGET and RIGHT ON. Randy, the owner was in touch with us every day updating us on delivery of materials, scheduling, and supervising every stage of the construction. His suggestions solved many of wishes and produced our dream master bedroom, two full baths and other items. We ended up with a project that receives "OOOO's and AH's" from our friends and neighbors. And, they left the site cleaner than when they started! We are proud to be part of the R J Mayer Family of magnificent projects. We will definitely call RJ Mayer for any of our construction needs.

We recently completed a 7 month renovation of our condo. I would recommend RJ Mayer Development Corporation to anyone without hesitation! Randy, Davey and Matt are honest, thoughtful, organized and great communicators. A dream team!

We had our home built by them 19 years ago when they were functioning as Mayer Homes. They closed that down very suddenly, and reopened as RJ Mayer. We have found so much shoddy work through the years. Our most recent find was that they hammered at least 2 finishing nails right into the water lines. This leaked inside our walls down to our basement. If they’re building your home, pay close attention and ask a lot of questions
