I am exceptionally pleased. Service was at my door within an hour of my call for water damage mitigation. The first thing laborers did upon reaching my residence was greet me and politely introduce themselves—something important to me as I was home alone at the time. Work was done quickly and thoroughly, and workers explained what they were doing. These guys did a big job and they did it really well!

These guys were contacted by my insurance company to remediate water damage from a broken pipe. All was well on day one after a weekend of the machine running the affected area was remediate. I even helped cut the flooring and asked if they would stop at the threshold of the master bedroom which was the only room affected. The next Monday at 8am I get a knock on the door and they went right to work. I asked if they got the ok to rip out more of the FLAWLESS oak floor in the hallway and front bedroom. The kid said yes and started removing the floor. Come to find out they didn't have the ok from the insurance company. I have to foot the bill to replace said flooring I would of otherwise kept because it was beautiful. Even one of the remediation workers asked why they were taking it out. This

I was completely overwelmed with my situation/ home and this company was the only part that was easy . The guys sent out were knowledgeable, compassionate and caring as well. They answered all my questions and concerns. They showed up early every morning and worked efficiently . Reese , I have to mention as , he went above and beyond to get the job done . Reese was beyond understanding to my concerns and frustration. He did not hesitate to address ever request from taking pics of my area rug to removing the bags with wet items . Rainbow Restoration is a company that will answer your call and be at your home within 2 hours. You will never have to wait 2 weeks before you will be seen. I highly recommend giving them a call if you have a water, fire or mold loss in your home.

Two stars for showing up. Charged for putting up cabinets that should be their job as they’re there to get everything back in order. Instead of getting an electrical box they screwed an outlet cover into the dry wall. To top it all off, they took a microwave from another room, brought it in the kitchen, plugged it in and blew our breaker- then proceeded to do nothing about it even though they had no business moving the microwave let alone plugging it in in the first place. All the food went bad, ty for that and not giving a crap you did it. They left a huge mess, dents in the drywall when they put the baseboards in.
