Our experience with hiring this company to re-roof our one-story, 1200sf home was extremely disappointing and frustrating. From day one, lots of delays and excuses regarding his crew (after he telling us he didn't trust them to do a good job, he left them on their own to work on our roof), his vehicles breaking down, needing to borrow our ladder because his was on another job, etc. They did not get a city permit before starting the job as they stated they would do in our contract; they did so about a week and a half later only after I asked about it when I noticed that I couldn't pull up a permit for our address in an online search.
