The office secretary should not have a job. Whoever is running this company should be firing her and hire someone that has some patience to answer the phones. I called for propane because it is -4 degrees out and was screamed at over the phone. If i run out which I know I will I will be going elsewhere! And reporting her to the owner and also the better business beurou.

I am a new customer. The gentlemen that set up the tank and did delivery were wonderful. However, I called to set up a refill and a Kim that answered was abrupt, and rude. I felt like I was a bother.

Great customer service from everyone I've ever dealt with there including Kim.

Not good Secretary was very ignorant to an 80 year-old woman on the phone and blatant disregard after she told her there's no heat in the house and there's children in the house four of them then had her process a bill tell her they're not going to fuel it today and that it's not her problem I think it's very ignorant I've had them for 4 years also spoke to the supervisor that said he didn't want to get in between it had no care in the world and told them they should be reported to Buffalo News and also this is how you treat elderly people

I work in customer service and this is absolutely not how you speak to a potential customer. Kim was very rude, should not be on phones.
