After waiting over a week for him to work on a unit he installed and has worked on before, he finally told me they wouldn't work on it because it's on the roof. He knew that when I first called!

We had a challenging heat pump replacement. Dave and his team were able to figure out a plan on the fly and got us up and running the same day! Amazing work and we are very pleased with the equipment and experience.

I needed an emergency repair after hours. Richner was the only place to answer and advised me how to deal with the situation until they could repair it the next day. Other companies were 2 days to a week out, wouldn't commit to making the repair when they did come out (only diagnosis to confirm the issue I told them) and their prices were higher too. I really appreciated being able to speak directly to the person who could fix the problem rather than being passed around over the phone.

I called this place 3 times and left two voicemails over a period of 8 business days. I understand being busy to the point of not taking any more new clients, however, not returning potential customer calls that are clearly understandable with a phone number, is not polite nor good business practice. Two good business practices are an automatic message saying how booked out you are or unable to take new clients, and the other is a returned call briefly saying you are too busy for more work at this time. This is the right thing to do! My 3rd call was 8 days later, during business hours and received a busy signal for over twenty minutes up until they closed for the day. Going somewhere else with my business/money.
