One phone call and two days later Mike was at our home, ready to talk roof replacement and to put our minds at ease. Kim and Brooke in the office made sure everything went smoothly with scheduling and the insurance company and at the first sign of good weather, Guillermo and his skilled team of roofers were pulling in the driveway. Eight hours later, Corey was removing the dumpster with all the debris and we were left with a beautiful new roof. Highly recommend Mike and his team for your roofing needs! Not only did they travel to give us an estimate and do the job, they were able to help us get it done in a “pinch” when we were getting my Sons house ready to sell. Excellent customer service! Brooke was always available to answer my calls or shoot me a text to keep me informed about what was going on with the whole situation and she was great at handling the insurance end of it which was a HUGE load off my back!! They completed the roof in half a day and left the job site clean when finished 👍🏻

Staff and owner helpful and kind. They could do a little bit better on communication. While waiting for the project to start I had to initiate the follow ups with them. However, they always answered and/or returned any call placed to them. The workers were prompt and worked hard to get the project done as fast as they could while still doing quality work. We appreciate everyone's coordination and hard work at Rocky Top.

Called about having a backyard privacy fence installed. Mike came by to go through the job details and make sure we were on the same page. Job was done in 3 days. The guys worked hard and did a great job. Everyone at Rocky Top were very helpful and made the whole process a snap. The new fence looks great and we are extremely happy with the end result. If your looking at a new privacy fence for your yard I would highly recommend them.

In 2014 we built a Homeway Home and Rocky Top Roofing was contracted to do the roof. This is the third time shingles blew off! Pretty poor quality of work! They only guarantee their work for one year! We were told to contact our home owner's insurance, pay $1,000 deductible and then hire someone who was qualified to do the job!
