Had them do our business in Wisconsin, started at 1pm, had the entire lot done (12,000 sq ft) in a couple hours, re striped and ready for business. The next day (today) we noticed parts of the sealant were chipping away and breaking apart, lines were not straight or over sprayed, and lettering was missed.

I used Rose Paving to complete a sealcoat/stripe project at a commercial property recently, and the process was very smooth. Aside from providing a reasonable quote, the communication process was above par compared to other vendors I have used. They have a scheduling team, who sends you multiple e-mails to ensure the property is prepped and ready, an on-site contact/manager who is very professional and will reach out to you with any updates. I am working with them at another location and plan to use them for my properties in the Atlanta area going forward.

Rose Paving does a great job not only with the project work but communicating throughout the entire process. Their customer service is outstanding. If there are any issues they address them immediately. As a Property Manager Rose is the type of company I like to do business with. I recommend using them for any size project it doesn't matter if its a small sidewalk repair or an entire parking lot their customer service is the same. Neal and Amanda keep up the great work!

I was rear-ended by an employee in a company truck in a grocery store parking lot. I hadn't even started my car yet. The employee yelled a profanity at me, and when I told him my car wasn't even started so I COULDN'T have backed up yet, he realized that he was in the wrong and handed me his license and company insurance. He did not take my name, license, or ins. info because he knew he messed up. He lied and told me he owned the company and to just "file a claim through them." (he did not, in fact, own the company). I tried to file a claim through their insurance and talked to their legal dept, but they are refusing to pay for any damages of my bumper. Our parking lot was overdue for major repairs and sealcoating. We contacted several other companies and Rose Paving was the most competitive and professional. I contacted the company and Brad Benson was out to give an estimate within the week. We were not able to have the work performed for a couple of months and Brad honored the original estimate although they had encountered a product price increase. After reviewing the original map plan we had adjustments and Brad was more then accommodating to our changes. The work was scheduled when it was convenient for our business and every employee from the scheduler to stripers was courteous and professional and their company vehicles were immaculate.
