We needed a new Heating and air system, ours was very very tired. Jim came right out to give us an estimate. In the mean time our a/c gave up. Jake and his awesome team got us a new system right away. The installers were total professionals, explained all that they were doing. Even captured my dog that got out (my fault)! The price was excellent. I would recommend to anyone.

These guys were great all the way from quote to installation. The install guys were professional and resourceful. My house is built in 1963 and with the new AC unit my house feels brand new! Thanks and I will definitely recommend Roseburg Refrigeration to friends and family.

The reason for 1 Star is... this is the worst company to have install you HVac system!! The owner came right out to get to do the estimate and the workers were professional. This is were the nightmare begins... Brand new system arrives all is going really well. I live in a mobile home and they had to cut the opening wider to accommodate the the furnace. Low and behold once done I huge hole in my wall (were wires come in) and the opening just mangled. The owner said he would put in a grate to accommodate my filter. Well, he never made good on his promise I paid 1/2 up front and I never heard back from him until a year and a 1/2 later, wanting the rest of his money. The girl at the front desk said if i didn't pay they would have to come take the unit back. I said the job is not finished. Sh

We use Roseburg Refrigeration for our preventative maintenance and repair for all of our refrigeration at our cafe. They are super knowledgeable, and responsive. Today they saved us by fixing our ice machine within 30 minutes of arrival, saving our memorial day weekend!

The service man came out very quickly to our bakery emergency! Our main ingredients fridge went down and within 3 hours the unit was back up and running. Highly recommend and we have the number saved on speed dial for any future emergencies or services on our refrigeration units.
