Roundbird Pools

Firstly to roundbird, do not contact me and no I did not bring this issue to your attention before writing this because it’s useless. I’ve been using roundbird for several years. My pool has had algae issues for several years. Was told I need a new liner which yes, this liner is old though there are no tears etc. Took them oh idk 2-3 YEARS for them to give me a liner estimate. We finally got one MONTHS after physically going in and requesting it last season. This season, I opened late and this is the worst my pool has ever looked. Cloudy, now stained brown, haven’t been able to use it. I’ve been advised to add alkalinity increaser, again, even after the last time I told them it had all congealed at the bottom. Do NOT use this company!! If I could give the company less than one star I would. We had a pool liner replaced in April of 2025 for about $5,000. It is now entering into September of 2025 and the job is still not complete. The didn't install my liner correctly and I had to call each week throughout the summer to have the liner placed back into place. They then installed a liner lock which every week would come out around the pool. The company stopped answering emails and every time I call they say "someone will be out next week to fix it", but spoiler alert, they haven't been out to fix it. I was even told that they will just use loose change to hold it in place. My pool is now filled with leaves because we haven't been able to close it, waiting for them to fix it. Hi, so I been using Roundbird Pools to open and close my pool for about 5 years and their service is second to none. The servicemen are completely experienced and friendly. The store has good prices. In my opinion you can use them for all your Pools needs with no worries.

They build a very good pool; whenever we needed service they show up (built my pool almost 10 years ago and no issues); great prices on annual supplies. Good honest people.

**Read BEFORE hiring them** Unfortunately, I have had nothing but a very terrible experience with this company. The year we moved into our house they installed a new pool liner that was done horribly-cut too short, measured incorrectly and wrinkled. At the time we were new pool owners and didn’t know the damage that this could cause. Because of the liner being too short it has now caused the track and the liner to come off the wall and is falling into our pool. The liner is still completely within warranty and we have called this company multiple times to come and address the issue that they caused and they either will not take your call or do not call you back.
