Eric has taken great care of me. He’s been patient and thorough with explaining the damages to my house from storms and water leaks. The team consistently shows up early and works steadily through the day. I really appreciate Eric and Royal Construction for taking care of my house.

100% exceeded my expectations. They executed just as promised and quickly communicated any ‘findings’ (common when replacing an old roof that was poorly installed) and updates as the project unfolded. In my case, there were no surprise fees, which sent a strong message about the level of character and integrity Royal Construction operates by. Chris ran the project as if it was his own home, and the price was very competitive. Also, Royal Construction did an excellent job working with my insurance company to guide the project in an honest and ethical way to get the coverage deserved. Bottomline, after contacting, meeting and reviewing 9 different contractors there was no question Royal Construction was the best choice to meet all my criteria.

Royal Construction was hired for an insurance roof replacement on a property we were purchasing. We paid Eric, the owner, half of the deductible in cash and selected the shingle color. The company promptly came out to replace the roof. After the installation, we had other contractors (including Eric's foreman) come over to work on various projects, and they commented on the roof looking like it was poorly installed. This prompted us to hire an inspector to look at it, and the roof failed inspection with numerous problems. After several exchanges, Eric came out to look at the roof. He admitted he was not present when the roof was installed, and the only oversight he provided was through pictures provided by his laborers. The guys got here early, were friendly, & worked hard to get the job done. The roof looked great when they were finished. I’d recommend Royal Construction if you find yourself in need of a contractor. We never had to use one before and I’m glad a friend recommended them. I will use them for any future repairs!

A few weeks ago, I contacted Royal Construction to come out and take a look at my patio for a quote. Set up a time and date to come out but on that day they never reply or contact me. Few days ago I contacted them again to come out and do a project for my business. I set up a time and date with them along with my other sign company to complete installing my business sign. No show and no one return my phone call. I’m very disappointed on their customer service. I won’t recommend them anymore. Today the owner Eric contacted me and resolve the situation. We do appreciate the communication and customer service of Eric. Thank you.
