We’ve been using S & S for many years and are 100% satisfied with their attention & service. They put in our system when we built and keep us “running” every year. They’ve fixed any broken heads and added additional drip lines for our plants. Richard obviously loves his job and provided great service this season. He also gave us some helpful tips on keeping our plants & flowers healthy. Highly recommend S & S!!

These guys are bad. They will not communicate. I’ve tried for two year. Year 1 i called for fall work. They forgot me. Year 2 owner shows up in my drive in the spring and says they are sorry put me on the list for later in the year. After several calls and emails they have not responded or called to say no thanks, or can’t doit. Its now Wednesday before labor day. I’d stay away. Sad

We have an older system at 24 years old. I typically do my own work including opening/closing and typical spring repairs. Over the past several years we’ve had a maple tree’s root slowly choking off the water to one zone. This year it was down to a trickle. That was beyond my skill set. The guys at S & S took care of it by running a new water line, far from the tree. I was prepared for a large bill but they were very economical. I highly recommend them.

I absolutely love S&S Sprinklers. Nancy is such a joy to deal with in the phone. She is always so joyful! Richard came out to start our sprinklers for the season and then came out again for an issue we had and was prompt both times! Very knowledgeable, what a great employee you have! The tech (Richard) who turned on our system this year was polite, helpful, and exceedingly kind to my senior mom. He offered to help with a few things he saw (like the neighbors fence that needed to be propped back up) that was beyond us. I wish every encounter with a service tech was like him! You have a good employee who will be the reason for returning customers!
