Our AC had stop working call Schmitt, Inc. I talked to DeJesus explaining my problem. They sent technician J. Sierraval out to troubleshoot. He promptly came and found the problem and fix it. Explaining what he was doing. We were very satisfied with their service. Their price was reasonable and I will call on them again if anything else happens.

Jose and Tristian from Schmitt came to my home to replace my A/C unit (indoor & outdoor) I was very impressed with their professionalism ,and craftsmanship… Very polite ,and took great care in keeping my home clean during the change out.Very pleased with the unit instal.. resolved all the issues I had with the original unit installation which lead to my A/C issues. Had another service call visit from Mike at Schmitt today 8/18/25 .. most professional and Did an awesome /efficient job of diagnosing and fixing my problem.. 10 minutes and fixed.

At 7:41 on Friday, Nov. 7th, at the intersection of Little Rd. and heading north on US-19, one of your pickup drivers, with a new condenser unit in the bed of the truck was driving extremely aggressively. This started in Hudson on US-19 and I could not get rid of him until little. He was constantly weaving in and out of traffic, riding my rear bumper, then cutting me off and break checking me. He kept trying to race me and I was just trying to get away from him. We both reached speeds of over 90 mph while I was trying to get away from him. You have an unhinged psychopath as an employee and I can see why your reviews are so low. I also see this isn't your first review of this type, so I really don't expect anything to be done. I’ve dealt with this company a couple of times. On Wednesday, August 6, 2025 the technician came out to fix a warranty repair. He advised that he did not have the part and he would be back tomorrow morning between 8 am and 9 am. Having to move appointments around, we accommodated the timeframe. No one showed up. I called and Dispatch advised me. I don’t know what happened but, I spoke To the owner/mgr and they would Be at my home Between 12pm and 2pm same day. Nobody showed up! They are the worst company I’ve ever spoken to or used.. They should have a zero star because they’re that dumb.

When most reviewers think of this multi-contractor they look for HVAC . Did you know that this 60 year old contractor handles everything electrical? Yup….I had them do a great installation of a set of lights over the bar. Schmitt did a outstanding job/ were neat / totally professional in every way. This team was above and beyond and we are happy new customers. We will not hesitate to call again for our electric needs. The job was relatively easy one and please fit my wife .
