Seal Arc Seawalls & Docks

I would give zero stars if I could. I'm very disappointed in this business. We moved to Lake Sinclair from Lake Hartwell almost two years ago and needed a boat lift cable replaced. We contacted Seal Arc to complete the job. The cable they replaced lasted one year and broke again. I went to Seal Arc and spoke with Kathy about fixing the cable and using a thicker cable this time. Kathy agreed and said she would not charge me for materials, but she would charge me for labor. Kathy said they would make it out the following week on Wednesday. I showed up Friday evening and the cable was not replaced. I called Kathy and asked what the hold up was.
