The tech Christopher was great. I'm hoping he solved the issue. This has been an ongoing issue since November of 2025. What I particularly did not like was with this company you cannot talk to a person. One of my appointments was canceled by who I never did find out and the other one the text said he showed up at my door and no one was home which was a lie. I was in there with another repairman and my dog didn't even bark so I had to wait another week each time. I made arrangements to be here from 7:00 to 4:00 which was a waste. It doesn't seem that this company values my time and then on Saturday when I had this last appointment I kept getting emails pushing the time back when the tech was coming. First it was 10:00. He ended up coming in at 3:15. That's a big difference and I could have
Gregory was excellent, 5 stars. Your AI customer support is the worst customer support I have ever seen in my entire life! Five times your AI scheduled appointments to fix our dryer, Five times we waited all day for someone to show up. No one showed up, no one called, nothing! Five days we wasted waiting for service that you (not me) set up and then didn’t show up!! We called multiple times to escalate, your AI customer support would not allow us to talk to a real person. Totally unacceptable!!! You don’t deserve the one star I Had to give you in order to post this review!
I totally cleaned the refrigerator cooling system before the Tech came. He quoted a new cooling motor & labor for $603. The motor was $101. So the labor was $500. It took him 30 min to complete. I couldn't challenge this cost as the Sears service does not have customer service. I feel ripped off. Tech was nice about charging so much. Not impressed with this service.
The technicians were nice. But it took three months to get my machine repaired. Sears kept canceling and rescheduling appointments. My machine is under warranty, so I did not get charged anything.
Our technician was amazing! He was so nice and respectful and had our dryer fixed in no time Thank You for a job well done. 😊
