The techs have all been very nice to deal with With Van being the best guy overall. He had to come in and repair a sloppy job of first repair. The Ai system you are using to communicate with customers and your techs is hurting you more than helping you. This repair and the time and effort does not look good and believe me I have spread the word about the haphazard way this has been handled. Your system should automatically red flag a customer that repeatedly calls for the same problem over.and over. Because of the lack of faith in getting this refrigerator repair done I purchased a new one locally because I honestly figured I would have to take you to court to get this resolved and I am not that type of person to resort to that. Fantastic service! Easy to schedule online. Wasn’t too expensive even though I didn’t have a home warranty. The technician, NATE, was fabulous! He diagnosed the issue immediately and was extremely helpful with ideas on how to re-cool the house quicker (like closing curtains). He made a not so great thing a little more tolerable. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM AND THIS SERVICE!

Absolute RIPOFF prices for parts and labor. Had a minor repair job, expected to pay upto but NOT over $250, only to blindsided with a repair quote of $470. On a 20 year old dryer, that is INSANE. You could buy a new unit for that price or I may as well do the repair myself...which I will. Replacement parts on Amazon are relatively cheap, and the work isn't complicated. By the way, a diagnostic fee is still $130, and you can figure out what is wrong in under 20 minutes.

DO NOT CALL OR HIRE SEARS FOR ANY REASON!!! Failure, after failure, after failure. At no time was any part of the attempted repair to my clothes washer handled in a professional or even competent manner. My first appointment was rescheduled minutes before the "repairman" was supposed to arrive and the second appointment window was four hours long and the person contacted me only thirty minutes before the end of that time. The individual they sent spent the majority of his time scrolling the internet on his phone looking for information about the machine he was sent to repair. I, the customer, had to tell him where to find the service guide inside the machine. I also had to tell him, more than once, what the error code was and what that code meant. The individual asked me three times

So I had an appointment scheduled for the Friday after Thanksgiving. They contacted me saying they had opening for Wednesday before Thanksgiving. So I took it. I sat in my living room watching my phone and the window waiting for them to show up. My phone tells me “ sorry we missed you.” No one showed up. The update said they would show up at 7pm. No one shows up. If I could give them NO stars I would. I am so blown away that they asked to change my original appointment and then are No shows.
