Sears Heating and Air Conditioning

The tech, John did a superb job. He diagnosed my clothes washer problem quickly. Gave me an honest estimate, and did not try to sell me things I did not need. Then gave excellent information so I could make a decision moving forward. Also, we had to make a scheduling change and he was able to accommodate to a better time for us.

My Technician was great Hoever Sear service his horrible. I was charged for a diagnostic and this was under the manufacture warranty. I can't get thru to speak to a customer service rep for my refund. calling bank to dispute the charge.

Sears Technican was great. Sears service is horrible I am trying to get my refund for a diagnostic service that should have been covered under Manufacture warranty and keep getting the fun around.

The technician arrived on time, per his call, and proceeded to diagnose the problem immediately. He went about his work, was courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. My refrigerator is running like a charm..

Arrival time was uncertain. Varied from 9-10 pm to actual arrival 5:15 pm. Fixed problem with replacement part on hand. Knew his stuff & polite!
