We recently had them remove an old system from our attic and install a completely new system in our garage, making it far more accessible for future service and maintenance. They also removed and replaced all of the original metal ductwork and installed an additional return. From the very beginning, the experience was excellent. I met with Frank, who took the time to clearly explain every aspect of the work, and his proposal was turned around immediately. Recently had issue with my 7 yr old unit that has been maintained best I could. However, my present hvac service and quickly informed me I needed a new unit. Fortunately I ran out into a tech from Serv Air who checked my unit and guess what? the compressor that I was told was bad was actually ok, but a board was bad. After dealing with Kyle from Serv Air who went out of his way to help me on Christmas Eve was something I never expected. I decided then that Serv Air would be my hvac company because of Kyle. His professionalism and empathy for my situation convinced me that if this is the kind of technicians employed by Serv Air I am happy to be their customer. I’d give this company a ZERO star if possible. After reaching out to the owner four times and receiving no action I’m left to take further action. Improper install of an AC is like ripping someone off. It’s fraud. It’s laziness of employees and overall makes the company look bad. My control panel which covers a large area of my AC was not installed properly nor after numerous service visits in the past did they even say a word about the panel being installed improperly which further goes to show how bad the technicians are with this company. It’s not up to an owner to climb on a roof and check their AC. I’ve asked for photos from the company after install and after service appointments. No reply. All methods will be pursued. Since moving to our new home we wanted to establish a reputable AC service company. Servair was highly recommended by a friend. They have always been very courteous & came to our rescue when the AC wasn’t working during the hottest day this year. Tech Kyle was so patient & was very knowledgeable about our high tech unit. I’m very thankful for an honest & reasonably priced company.

Servair is the only company you should deal with. They are timely, dependable but most importantly…. Honest. They will never try to get you for more than you need. My unit is over 25 years old and eventually, I will need one, but they come out as needed and do what they need to do and never try to push a new unit on me like a lot of places. Don’t go anywhere else :)
