Mr. Silverio is very knowledgeable and is a great salesperson. He installed our equipment swiftly and on time. After the sale we might as well have been invisible. Called for service and was told to go elsewhere for service. Person who answered the phone was extremely rude and unaccommodating. So after installation they are asking us to find someone else to service their installation / sale? Buyer beware - anyone who wants to sell you something and not stand behind the product they sold you should really make you think very hard about who you are doing business with? So think hard, very hard. Great company's have great service, before, during and after the sale. Our buying experience was not so great. The lady who answers the phone is really really rude. If you ask to talk to the owner or manager she will hang up on you. If you try to cancel the job she will hang up on you then send you the bill. It's too bad because the workers do a decent job. I wish the owners would see how this office manger is driving customers away. Stay away from these guys.
